We're a Loughton-based painting and decorating company working across East & West London and up to 50 miles around. Paint Lux Decor is the trading name of Vital Projects Group Ltd.
Between 5 and 10 years on the tools
The business is built on professional trade experience — between five and ten years of interior painting and decorating across private homes and construction projects. That means CSCS-carded, NVQ-qualified working and the practical judgement that only comes from doing the work day in, day out.
We take on jobs solo or with a small team, depending on the size and programme. Either way the standard is the same: surfaces prepared properly, materials used as the manufacturer intended, and a finish inspected before we call it done.
Two kinds of client, one standard
About half of our work is for homeowners and landlords — full house repaints, single rooms, hallways and stairwells, tenancy turnarounds and periodic maintenance. The rest is for the construction trade, working alongside main contractors, construction companies, developers, site managers and property developers on new-build and refurbishment programmes.
Both audiences want the same three things: reliability, a clean finish and fair pricing. Quotes are always free, and there's never any obligation to go ahead.
